Maisonette house partitioning into two apartments & renovation project

The maisonette house is located in Voula, a suburb of Athens.

The project included a new layout, interior design, project management and construction.

The goal was to partition the maisonette into two apartments by remodeling the layout according to the owner’ s needs and renovate one out of the two apartments to create a modern flat.
