The plot of land where the new apartment building was constructed was in Glyfada, a suburb of Athens.
The project included architectural design and construction supervision.
The concept was to design luxury floor apartments with small swimming pools in each floor’s veranda.
The challenge the project posed was to create a complex static model for the whole building which would allow the creation of private swimming pools on each of the floors with no limitations to the creation of modern and highly functional luxury apartments.
The whole block was constructed to be placed on the market and so it was highly significant that the building capacity was used in its entirety with no dead spaces or unused square meters allowed such as in corridors and/or dysfunctional layouts.
